We understand that as much as we would like our loved ones to be cared for in the privacy and security of their own homes, sometimes they may need attention requiring the services of a nursing home, retirement residence, rehabilitation or a long-term care facility. We can provide your loved one with the best compassionate and reliable care and support they deserve while in hospital or in a facility.

Affordable Reliable Quality Care
Depending on your coverage and the services required, some of the costs may be covered by your health insurance plan. You will have to ask your health insurance provider for details.
All our employees are carefully screened so that they can be insured. In addition, every team member must go through a Criminal Background Check, as well as complete a 2-step Tuberculosis Screening test.
Some are Registered Nurses, some are Registered Practical Nurses and some are certified Personal Support Workers. We match the employee’s training to best fit your needs.
We have staff available for immediate dispatched but it is recommended to give us advance notice and take advantage of the free no obligation assessment visit so we can better select the right caregiver for your loved one.
Yes, if you do not like the match we made you can help us in finding a better employee match. It is very important to us that employees are consistent with service and we seek to ensure that employee support team remains consistent.
You have a choice of cancelling the appointment or allowing us to send a replacement caregiver. In cases where an employee is unavailable (illness, vacation etc.) we will discuss in advance and make sure the substitute team member is matched to clients are aware of clients preferences and needs before seeing them.

We seek to be flexible and meet each members’ individual and personalized needs. Your service agreement renews monthly! If members decide they’d like to discontinue their services with us, we’ll be happy to do so with two weeks’ notice.
